These terms apply to The Owl Time browser extension and its optional Owl Time Plus plans, provided by Growwithivyy.

The service

The Owl Time provides a local-first focus timer, optional webpage overlay, local focus history, and related productivity features. It is not a medical, health, employment-monitoring, or emergency service.

Free and paid access

The core timer remains available without payment. Owl Time Plus Monthly renews at $1.99 USD per month until cancelled. Founder Lifetime costs $7.99 USD once and is limited to the first 100 customers. Checkout may display local currency and applicable tax.

“Lifetime” means access to the purchased Plus features for the supported life of The Owl Time product, not an individual person’s lifetime. One licence is for one customer and supports up to three browser installations. Keys may not be resold, posted publicly, or used to bypass licence limits.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record and handles checkout, taxes, receipts, payment methods, and payment-related requests. Monthly subscribers may cancel future renewals through their Dodo receipt or customer portal. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Local data and privacy

Focus history and settings are stored in the browser profile. Removing the extension or clearing its storage may permanently remove that data. See the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep The Owl Time reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Browser changes, store rules, third-party services, and security needs may require features to change.

Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Owl Time is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
